Welcome to FundMe, a trading platform owned and operated by Lawanson-Tech. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FundMe platform, website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
FundMe is a proprietary trading platform designed to identify, fund, and empower skilled traders. Through our trading challenges, traders who meet our performance and risk management criteria may receive funded trading accounts to trade on behalf of FundMe.
To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your country.
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Not be restricted by any applicable law or regulation from participating in trading activities.
FundMe reserves the right to verify your identity before granting access to any of its services.
You must create an account to participate in any FundMe challenge or trading activity. You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Be fully responsible for all activities under your account.
FundMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if fraudulent or misleading information is provided.
FundMe offers trading challenges to evaluate traders’ performance, discipline, and risk management.
Traders who successfully complete a challenge may be granted a funded account to trade on behalf of FundMe.
Funded traders earn a performance-based payout according to the profit-sharing structure communicated at the time of funding.
FundMe retains full ownership of the funded account and trading capital.
All trading activity must occur on FundMe’s approved platform for tracking and verification purposes.
You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
Manipulate, hack, or interfere with system operations.
Engage in fraudulent, unethical, or prohibited trading activities.
Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
FundMe reserves the right to monitor activity, investigate suspicious behavior, and take necessary actions, including suspension or termination of accounts.
All trademarks, content, software, and technology on the Platform are the property of FundMe and/or Lawanson-Tech. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property without prior written consent.
Fees for trading challenges or subscriptions are non-refundable once paid.
Payouts to funded traders are based on verified trading performance and subject to FundMe’s internal review.
FundMe reserves the right to modify fee structures, payout rules, or challenge requirements with prior notice.
Trading digital assets and financial instruments involves significant risk of loss. You acknowledge that:
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
FundMe is not responsible for any trading losses incurred during evaluation or live trading.
You trade entirely at your own risk during evaluation phases.
FundMe provides no financial or investment advice. Participation is solely for evaluation and proprietary trading purposes.
FundMe may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Violate these Terms or any platform policies.
Engage in unethical or fraudulent behavior.
Breach risk management or trading rules.
Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any active challenges or funded accounts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundMe, Lawanson-Tech, and their affiliates shall not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
Technical issues, service interruptions, or data losses.
Losses resulting from trading activities, errors, or user negligence.
You agree that FundMe’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for challenge participation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FundMe, Lawanson-Tech, and their officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using FundMe, you consent to such data practices.
FundMe may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
